Hello! I’m Shannon Massey Smith and I’ve been working in the industry since ‘98 on sets and ‘04 as a script doctor and ghostwriter.

I started Girls To The Front! in an effort to uplift other women and marginalized creators. Our focus is empowerment and we live by the Riot Grrrl Manifesto. We offer a living wage, reasonable rest, and health & wellness benefits to all cast and crew from pre-production through post production because we want to be the change we need to see in our industry.
